New Project: In collaboration with an Italian/Spanish company

🤝 In collaboration with an Italian/Spanish company, leader in the field of energy production systems, we designed and manufactured an external coating for a turbine.

🔹The coating has been made with 316 stainless steel sheets, suitably shaped with high precision laser cutting machine and assembled with the latest generation fiber laser welding machine.

🔹 It is a welding technology used to create a strong joint between different metal components, and produce a high intensity beam concentrated in one point, in order to ensure fast and clean work.

🔹 The shapes designed through dedicated software have been realized inside our workshop for an Oil & Gas plant to be realized abroad. Every single piece will be catalogued and protected ad hoc during transport to be ready for assembly on site.

💪 All this has been possible thanks to the combination of forces and skills of a team of engineers, drawing technicians, cutting, bending, calendering and welding operators.
